I always have a good experience at the Hearing Lab in Crystal Lake, IL. Both the receptionist and audiologist are friendly and helpful.

The visit was described as miraculous. However, now she seems to be having a problem and doesn’t know how to solve it or what to do or who to call because it’s a long way from Mchenry to Crystal Lake from here specially, with no car.

Felt very comfortable! It’s a very professional atmosphere. The doctor I met with was very friendly and informative and made me really comfortable to ask questions and discuss my hearing loss.

I went to the hearing lab because my hearing aids were not working properly. Alison was so helpful and knowledgeable. She got them all cleaned up so I can hear again. She also checked my current insurance for me and let me know I was covered for new hearing aids. I can’t say enough good things about this establishment. I’m very excited for my next appointment for my new hearing aids.
