The office visit was informative & right to the point. Dr. Stich was amazing & she knew how to present it. We went home feeling there was hope. We need to discuss the financial situation before a final decision.

I always have a good experience at the Hearing Lab in Crystal Lake, IL. Both the receptionist and audiologist are friendly and helpful.

Penny K., on Google

The visit was described as miraculous. However, now she seems to be having a problem and doesn’t know how to solve it or what to do or who to call because it’s a long way from Mchenry to Crystal Lake from here specially, with no car.
