Alison Stich, Au.D., FAAA
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Alison Stich earned her doctorate in audiology from Salus University in Pennsylvania. She attended the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee for her undergraduate studies in communication sciences and disorders. Following her graduation, she returned to the Midwest to practice audiology. She has been serving the Chicagoland area since 2012. She also teaches in the Hearing Instrument Dispensary Program at the College of Dupage, training students to become hearing care professionals.
Dr. Stich loves being able to help her patients hear better, so she constantly strives to stay on top of the newest technologies available. Her background as a musician, and a tinnitus sufferer provide her a unique perspective on patient care. She believes that providing excellent patient-centered care is the key to helping her patients hear and communicate the best they possibly can.
Laura Kruppe, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Laura Kruppe is a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Laura is originally from Deerfield, IL and moved to Glen Ellyn, IL in 2021. Laura attended Adrian College and received a B.A. in Biology in 2015 and completed the Hearing instrument dispensing program at the College of DuPage in 2019. She started working at the Hearing Lab in 2019.
Laura focuses on ensuring that her patients receive the best possible level of care and service in her everyday work using her commitment to personal development and patient centered care. Outside of saving hearing lives, Laura loves hobbies such as playing lacrosse, computer gaming, and cooking.
Lisa
Patient Services Coordinator
Lisa is the patient service coordinator. She started at Hearing Lab in 2017 after more than 20 years in the veterinary field as a receptionist and technician.
What Lisa loves the most about working in the hearing industry is helping patients hear their families better. In her free time she enjoys riding her motorcycle,
Traveling, reading and spending time with her cats, family and friends.
