Today I had a hearing aid check up. Scheduling my appointment with Lisa was very easy. I checked in at the front desk and was about to sit in the waiting room when Lisa brought me back to a room. Lisa ran tests on both hearing aides after cleaning them. The test failed for both hearing aides. Lisa set a zoom like session with TeleHealth support. They attempted to help. They retested my hearing aides and they both failed again. So Lisa decided to send my hearings aides into a Starkey's technician for repairing both hearing aides. Since I've been coming to the Hearling Lab, everytime I've had an awesome customer service experience by the staff in Crystal Lake.
